Being a delivered food wholesaler to a restaurant, gastro pub, hotel or any other fine dining establishment is an extreme responsibility. You need to stock a huge range of the highest quality ingredients (regional and provenance), have the ability to take orders late into the night and deliver within tight time restrictions.


Fresh Produce is Essential for the Fine Dining Sector
We stock the finest selection of meats in our on-site butchery including 28 day matured British Beef, with the additional option for providing dry aged products. All our steaks are hand cut to the precise weight our customers’ demand and are packed in fully traceable packaging. Sourcing products with provenance is not an issue either. Our Fresh Fruit and Vegetable department provides a lot of our fine dining establishments with both every day and specialist products, always providing full freshness and seasonal products. We do our own prepped vegetables in house too, and we can do anything from chunky fries to individual potato fondants.
Leading Edge Ingredients
We have hosted several days of SOSA training in over the last year in our state of the art development kitchen, whereby we have shown over 30 customers their range of unique products. In addition, we have also hosted several “chocolate” days, whereby we have shown chefs how to professionally deal with all types of cooking chocolates. For these days, we have also been helped by one of our suppliers, HB Ingredients.
