Attending the Turner Price Event?
We cannot wait to welcome 100's of caterers at our exhibition event on Wednesday 21st September at the Bonus Arena in Hull. We already have so many of your favourite brands who are showcasing everything they have to offer. And we will be adding to the list over the coming weeks.
To help plan your visit to our event, we have some important and handy information to share with you. This page will provide you with everything you need to know from downloading your badge to arriving at the venue!






Instructions on arrival
When you arrive at the Bonus Arena, the venue security team will check your bags for prohibited items (no large bags allowed). You can view the venue's security policy here
Once in, if you have pre-printed your badge you can head straight down to the entrance doors. If you need to print your badge or register on the day you can do this with our welcome team.
Now you have your badge and are ready to go in, make sure you grab yourself a copy of our event booklet which includes our event floor plan, exhibitor list and trend tours. You will then be scanned into the exhibition room.

Event Deals
By registering and attending the show you gain access to savings on over 1000's items. You will be able to see and taste many of these on the day. The deals can only be ordered online from 19th - 25th September which you can shop our range when they go live
Floor Plan
We have many brands showcasing their products so you have lots to see. To help you around, you can view our floor plan - this will be published soon! This shows you were each exhibitor is placed so you can plan your visit.
Food Allergies & Intolerances
Please speak with stand representatives about the ingredients in the food & drink being offered before sampling products. We cannot guarantee any product is free from any allergens due to cross contamination. Any product consumed will be at your own risk.
Trend Tours
We have Trend Tours to help you explore our exhibition. Each Trend Tour focuses on a specific topic and highlights exhibitors we recommend you to see. Simply pop along to the stand and see what they have to offer.
Badge
If you have pre-registered, please print your badge and bring it with you to the venue. This will be emailed to you 48hrs prior to the show. If you have forgotten to print your badge or need to register on the day, our welcome team will be able to help you with a badge to enter.
Barcode Scanning
Your badge will have a barcode. Exhibitors may scan your barcode to follow up with more information, samples or a meeting. Your Sales Manager will also get a copy of this information to help you after the event. You can decline to have your badge scanned if you do not want to share your details. Our data policy can be found in our event booklet.
Health & Safety
The event contains live cooking, electrical equipment and moveable objects. We have taken extra precautions where possible in the planning of this event to ensure the health, safety and welfare of everyone present. We have trained first aiders on site in case of health emergencies.
Bags
The Bonus Arena implements a strict bags policy to ensure the safety of all attendees. Large bags and backpacks are forbidden and there is a list of prohibited items which are not allowed into the venue. Please ensure you do not bring any items that are not needed for your visit. Parking
The Bonus Arena has two large nearby multi-storey car parks that attendees can use. Both cost up to £3 for all day parking with shorter stays available at a lower price, and are both just a 1 minute walk to our event entrance. Princes Quay Car Park (HU1 2NL) is located behind the venue and Osborne Street Car Park (HU1 2QA) is located to the left of the venue.
