Our standard shell scheme stand will be a mixture of sizes. This will be made up of 1meter panels and will include a fascia board with your company name. Your stand package will also include x1 table, x1 tablecloth and power supply.

Please complete the load requirement form provided within the exhibitor form. Even if this is for a laptop or mobile phone charger. This is a requirement of the venue, without this form returned, you will be unable to use any electrical equipment. This form is enclosed within your ‘Exhibitor Forms’, please return via email to Emily Storey.

Due to the current situation, please ensure you take your own appropriate health and safety precautions in line with the government guidance. You will be provided with a rubbish bag for any waste. 

Please ensure you are carrying all product specifications for the products you are sampling. There will be health and safety guidance posters around the venue for attendees to understand their food allergies and intolerances are their own responsibility.

You will have access to the exhibition area from Tuesday 20th September. Please note that you will be given a scheduled time for unloading which must be adhered to allow all exhibitors access to the unloading area. Please do not arrive any earlier or later than your designated time.

The loading area is round the back of the arena, through the electric gates on the left-hand side. You can find your stand number on the floor plan that will be given in due course. You will have until 18:00 on the Tuesday evening. Electrical requirements to set up your stand and until 09:00 on the Wednesday (event day).

Mandatory requirement: You have from 16:00 until 17:00 on Wednesday 21st September to pack up and clear your stand. The shell scheme will then be dismantled by a third party. Please do not start to pack up before 4pm.

We recommend staying local to the Bonus Arena. You have a wide choice of hotels in Hull City Centre to choose from which is a short walk from the venue and local restaurants such as Holiday Inn Marina, Double Tree by Hilton, Holiday Express and Hideout Hull. There is a number of other hotels on the outskirts of Hull which is a short drive away.

On Tuesday 20th September, 6pm - 8pm we are arranging to meet up for pre-event drinks following set up. This will take place in a nearby city centre bar and is open to all exhibitors. The Turner Price team will be attending also. We would love to see you there!

Access:

After unloading, exhibitor vehicles should make their way to the car park. There is an arena car park and additional car parks near the venue.

Health and Safety:

Exhibitors are reminded that health and safety is of paramount importance.

Waste Disposal:

Exhibitors are asked to dispose of their own waste and rubbish; however, the venue will dispose of any if required.

Equipment:

The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 requires that any equipment being operated or demonstrated shall be inherently safe and not create a hazard to the demonstrator or visitor.

Damage:

It is the exhibitor's responsibility to ensure that care is taken to avoid damage to any part of the venue. Any necessary repairs will result in charges being made.

We will release the floor plan closer to the time of the event.

Please Note: A couple of pop ups and products in packaging is NOT sufficient to bring as your display. We would like ALL suppliers to bring food to show and allow our customers to try. Let them see, taste and feel how great your products are!
