Baked Camembert with Sage and Bacon
Cut a dough ball into 8's and roll into balls
Place the balls onto a greased baking tray and prove for 30 minutes
Place a Camembert in the middle of another baking tray and create some slits in the top of it.
Circle the dough balls round the cheese creating multiple rings and dot the bacon pieces on top of the balls.
c Sprinkle the sages and drizzle the olive oil on top of everything before baking at 220°c for 8 minutes
Finally, drizzle a small amount of honey on the dough balls and tuck in!
