Choose your preferred cooking method for the chicken.
Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 200c / 400f / Gas Mark 6. Place the Chicken bites on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180c. Gently lower and fully immerse the chicken bites into the oil and fry for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve
Start heating the miso sauce in a large wok, boil the egg noodles until they are soft. Strain the noodles and add them to the sauce.
Add the fresh spring onions and Chillies then mix well.
Place the noodles in a deep bowl and top with the Japanese Style Chicken bites.
Top the chicken with Crispy rice noodles (this really helps add another texture to the dish).
Crispy noodles can be made by boiling rice noodles until soft then cooling under running water, remove as much water as possible from the noodles then coat with corn flour and deep-fry at 180c until they’re crisp all over usually this only takes a minute or two.
