Make the marinade by mixing the miso broth base, sake, garlic, ginger, sugar and rice wine in a bowl
Add the fish, make sure covered in marinade, cover with cling film and chill for a minimum 2 hours in a fridge.
Pre heat the oven, lightly oil a non- stick baking tray, place fish on tray, spoon over 2 spoons of marinade and bake in the oven for 10-15 mins
Serve on a bed of brown rice with wilted kale, garnish with the chopped coriander and lime wedges.
