Melt the white chocolate in a bowl and set to a side whilst preparing the bananas
Peel and cut the bananas in half and push a lolly pop stick in the middle. Put the coconut into bowl and line a baking tray with parchment.
Coat the top half of the banana in the melted white chocolate, letting the chocolate dribble down the rest of the banana. Then, sprinkle the coconut onto the chocolate until coated and set onto the baking tray.
Using the chocolate drops, create a face of your choice for your ghosts. Freeze for 4 hours at least and keep frozen for up to a week.
