Preparation Time15 minutes
Rub 20g of Bisto Bouillon over each rib and place in a deep sided baking tray (do not stack the ribs on top of each other).
Cover each tray with foil and cook at 160°C for approximately two hours, until the ribs begin to go dark brown and the meat starts to come away from the bone.
Cut the racks in half and brush each half rib with Country Range BBQ Sauce.
Serve with Beer Battered onion rings, fries and a mixed salad.
