The night time answer service is designed for "additions" only. Please do not try and place your full order by this method. If leaving a message on the answer phone, please speak very clearly and order by product code where possible.
No messages will be picked up from this answerphone on Friday nights. Therefore you cannot place additions for your Saturday deliveries on this number.
We cannot take night time orders for any Fresh products. These orders have to be placed with the sales office during normal office hours.

No other orders can be processed from this phone number.
Order/Delivery Frequency
We guarantee next day delivery for all orders placed before 5.00pm, if you are scheduled for delivery on the next working day. Please ask your telesales representative or sales manager if you are unhappy with your allocated delivery days or delivery timings. They will be happy to discuss potential alternatives, but may need to consult with our transport managers before we can commit to any changes.
